HUD Marketing and Management Contract
In the Spring of 2014 El Dorado Hills Realty was chosen to be a continued listing broker of HUD foreclosures for the Marketing & Management 3.5 contract, and the proposal that I was responsible for may be viewed upon request. Taking the assets from assignment to closing, we provide a high quality of work and that reflects in our volume. While all other listing brokers generally service one county, we receive properties in El Dorado, Amador, Sacramento and Placer counties. The HUD account comprises roughly 60% of El Dorado Hills Realty’s annual revenues.
