Kuper Connect CRM Development

In the Summer of 2016, we engaged Sotheby’s International Realty’s primary technology solutions provider to develop for us a CRM and marketing suite which catered to the unique needs of our associates. The primary features within Kuper Connect include listing management, lead management, email marketing, reputation management (testimonial requests and publishing) and client reporting tools.

Working directly with the broker of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty and our Scrum (PSM) lead, I was responsible for outlining feature specifications and contributing those to the overall project roadmap. Additionally, I selected groups of agents within the organization to provide QA testing and feedback.

Since launching in the Fall of 2016, we have had a 78% adoption rate of the CRM by our associates. We are currently in the process of revamping the system to take on brokerage accounting, staff management and project management functions.
